Tagged.....Again

What I was doing 10 years ago...
I had been home from my mission for 3 months, going to school at Ricks College and wondering what the heck I wanted to do with my life.

What I was doing 5 years ago...
I was living with my in-laws, working at Mills Publishing as a graphic designer in SLC and we were just about to put all our savings down on a lot in Herriman and then find out we were having Kaylee on the exact same day. Ya, freaked me out. lol!!!!

What I was doing 1 year ago...
I had just switched brokers as a realtor and started working for Realty Executives of Utah and was learning all I could about real estate. I was also doing freelance design for the Utah Symphony & Opera. Not much has changed.

What I was doing yesterday...
Working, running errands, looking up homes for a client, mowing the lawn and watching Grey's Anatomy and The Office

5 places I'd rather be...
Hawaii. Give me Hawaii any day of the week. Specifically Maui, but I won't be picky.
Virginia with my family.
A basketball court schoolin' suckerfools and making it rain.
At a settlement signing papers for someone to buy/sell a multi-million dollar home.
At a settlement signing papers for MY OWN multi-million dollar home.

5 snacks/treats I love...
Fudge brownies with ice cream
Yellow cake with chocolate frosting
Peanut butter M&M's
Homemade chocolate chip cookies
Chocolate protein drink. I finally found one that's better than most chocolate milk mixes.

What I would do with 100 million dollars...
Logically: Put at least 20 million in the bank and live off the million dollars a year interest that it accrues. Give 10 million to the church. Give probably 5 million away to family and friends. Design and build our dream home. Invest the rest in real estate and development while teaching my kids about finance and investing.

A little more radical: Build my mega mansion with indoor basketball court, pool, home theater that seats 50, top of the line electronics and tons of fancy gadgets. Buy several cars for Jess and I. Some of mine would be a black f-150, ferrari, bmw, m series, aston martin, old hot rod and escalade or navigator. I'd also want to buy a big rig, helicopter and a plane with a private pilot. Buy an awesome cabin with a helicopter pad that sits on at least 500 wooded acres. Take tons of amazing trips with family/friends and pay for everything. I'd probably even pay them to come just to have them there with us. Buy 6 front row season tickets to the Jazz and go to every single game. I'd buy season tickets to the Lakers, Suns and Mavs too just in case I wanted to go to any of their games. Buy tickets to every UNC basketball game, every year, forever and fly to them with the family in my private jet. Buy a houseboat in Lake Powell. Buy homes in Hawaii, Virginia, and, ummmmmmm, Hawaii again. Invest a lot of it and take more chances.

Hmmmmmm, honestly it would probably be a little of both. And yes, I've thought about this before.
