Randomness Spring09

This will be one of the few posts I do to just catch up on random events or pictures in our lives that don't really go with anything else. This is what you have to do when you're about 4 months behind.

Yep. She makes her daddy very proud. Found her like this one morning. Brought a tear to my eye.

Kaylee was so excited to take her school to lunch to practice for 1st grade next year. She can't wait to be able to eat in the cafeteria and is especially looking forward to Wednesdays. That's pizza day.

Yep, those are our boys. As you saw before, Kaylee can have a basketball in her bed and sleep sound enough that it stays next to her and she even stays covered up. She's just a peaceful sleeper. The boys on the other hand.....well, you can see for yourself. You can basically expect them to be in some weird position every night. I even walked into their room one night to check on Carter and Austin fell out of his bed while I was in the room. He slowly crawled back up (barely) and went back to sleep. Kind of like it was a nightly routine. Who knows. Maybe it is!

I got Jess 6 dozen roses for Mother's Day this year. One dozen for every year she's been a mom. Kaylee helped with a picture and a piece of paper in front of each vase. She thought it looked nice.

Just showing I still have it in me to blow out 33 candles at once!

Kaylee is a great helper at cleaning and organizing things.

Carter was Austin's shadow while they helped us clean the house.

Once again, Carter is Austin's shadow.

This isn't just for people to see us, but more to see what's going on behind us. We didn't know until we looked at the picture. Little booger picker!

Carter found a microphone and decided to entertain us....for the next week.

Austin has become very independent and loves when it's time to brush his teeth. He actually probably brushes them better than the other two.

You know, Seth, that dozen roses for each year of motherhood thing is going to really come back to bite you as the years roll on.
